Since 2002, we have used our integrated capabilities in market research, analytics, management consulting, and project management to help clients achieve their goals across all phases of the product lifecycle. 

The Insights and Analytics (I&A) team at Cofactor Group specializes in using data analysis, market research, and complex modeling to inform strategic decisions across the product lifecycle.

The Role
You will work closely with experienced consultants and be mentored by the firm’s partners. You will contribute across a range of client projects, while building a foundation of core consulting skills and a deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to specialize in one or more practice areas and begin to lead client engagements. 
The position is hybrid, with an expectation for regular in-person work at our office in Wayne, PA. The office is accessible by car or train from downtown Philadelphia. Travel to client sites is presently uncommon but may be required in the future. 


Traits of a successful candidate
  • The Associate position is an entry-level role, requiring a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, life sciences, or STEM.  
  • The Senior Associate position is an experienced role, which may include a combination of graduate degree and/or relevant work experience. 
  • Strong interest in life sciences or healthcare
  • High proficiency the MS Office Suite (and Microsoft Excel for I&A specialty)
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly with complex ideas
